If you have a software or configuration problem, whether a simple or more complex problem, we can offer Secure Remote Technical Support. No longer do we always need to visit your premises, we can often access your computer remotely via a secure Internet connection. This will not only keep your costs to a minimum but downtime could also be reduced. For example, perhaps you are having problems with your email or have spyware on your computer that you want to remove. You might want your firewall or anti-virus software configured. Once you have given permission, we can access and configure it without even leaving our office. A broadband connection is desirable for remote access. Once the support session is completed, we will no longer have access to your computer unless you give permission again.
