If you have a software or configuration problem, whether a simple or more complex problem, we can offer Remote Technical Support. No longer do we always need to visit your premises, we can often access your computer remotely via a secure Internet connection. This will not only keep your costs to a minimum but downtime could also be reduced.  Once you have given permission, we can access and configure your computer without even leaving our office. A broadband connection is usually needed for remote access. Once the support session is completed, we will no longer have access to your computer unless you give permission.

 We offer onsite support in Wallasey, Birkenhead and surrounding areas plus North Wales in postcodes starting with CH. Our fees for onsite support are £50 per hour for private individuals and £60 per hour for corporate and business clients. Remote support and support for machines delivered/collected is charged at £40 an hour.
