Wireless networks are extremely convenient allowing a network without
cables, using a low power radio signal. If you simply plug in and use,
your computers can be accessed by anyone with a WiFi enabled computer.
We can configure your WiFi network to ensure that it is safe and secure.
We can also supply and install low cost backup systems for complete
system recovery when your hard drive dies. There are only 2 types of
hard drive - those that have failed and those that are going to! Usually
data on a failed hard drive cannot be recovered economically - if at
all! A backup system will
save you from a nightmare situation.
Technical Support is available with or without contract. Our
services are available in home or office for either businesses or

If you have a software or configuration problem, whether a simple or
more complex problem, we can offer Remote
Technical Support. No longer do we always need to visit your premises, we
can often access your computer remotely via a secure Internet connection.
This will not only keep your costs to a minimum but downtime could
also be reduced. For example, perhaps you are having problems with
your email or have spyware on your computer that you want to remove. You
might want your firewall or anti-virus software configured. Once
you have given permission, we can access and configure it without even
leaving our office. A broadband connection is usually needed for remote
access. Our fees for remote support are charged at 50p a minute and are
subject to a 15 minute minimum. Once the support session is completed,
we will no longer have access to your computer unless you give
permission again. |

We offer onsite support in Wallasey, Birkenhead and surrounding
areas. Our fees for onsite support are charged at £40 an hour
reducing to £35 an hour for regular clients, subject to
a 1 hour minimum charge. This will include travelling time from
Wallasey to and from the site. Maximum hourly fee for up to 5 hours
work in 1 day is capped at £130.
Our “monthly 5” contract allows up to 5 hours of work per month at
a rate of £130 per month which equates to £26 per hour if all 5 hours
are consumed, a discount of £14 per hour. This would be an ongoing
contract payable promptly every month – any missed months would cause
the rate to revert to the ad hoc rate. There would be no rollover of
time except in exceptional circumstances.
